Joy McNew Hardy - Senior Account Manager Client Services

Joy advances ATL's client focused approach to providing clients with solutions tailored to their needs. Charged with building our services and technical capabilities, Joy is developing the foundation upon which ATL will expand into new geographies and markets with a high-performance client services team.

Prior to joining Advanced Testing Laboratory, Joy completed an internship in Organic Chemistry while a student at Centre College. This experience along with her undergraduate studies provided Joy with a solid base of analytical knowledge in the areas of lab operations, method development and data reliability. As a result, Joy attained sales leadership positions in the areas of on site staffing for technical services, pharmaceutical sales and traditional analytical testing. Joy understands how to build and manage successful client relationships, backed by a commitment to operational excellence.

Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Centre College. An avid reader and aspiring chef, Joy enjoys membership in the Young Professional Organization of the Red Cross and the Society of Cosmetic Chemists.
